Started the Loop September 3, 2022

The first day of our Loop found very windy conditions, and as such we were weathered in at our home port of Elk Rapids. We were able to finalize things on the boat and get ready for departure the next morning. The night before, Jim and Jennifer Bladek and the kids came for a pizza dinner and lots of hugs. It was tough saying goodbye.

Day 2 Sunday 9/4......we left Elk Rapids at 8:50 am and landed in Frankfort. Great voyage south! We are looking forward to this adventure of a lifetime! People say it changes you.....and we wonder how it will change us!

The Dogs knew something was going to change around home!
